Hello I recently just upgraded my video card from a radoen 8500 to this geforce card. I played Half life 2 to test it out and it seemed pretty choppy at 1024x768, everything high, fsaa off and ani filtering off (sometimes 15fps at some areas). When i played Half life 2 with my radeon it seemed to play the game with the same fps but at 800x600 medium settings.

I am running a Athlon xp 2400+, Abit Nforce2 mobo, 768 mb ram

I'm thinking I might need to reformat to get rid of the ATI crap but I'd like to see what you guys think.

Thanks

Probably ATI files screwing with the nvidia drivers, try using Driver Cleaner to remove all the left overs.

Also noticed in the agp tab section in Rivatuner is says AGP transfer rate is PCI. That doesn't look right is there anyway to change that?

Theres your issue, your card is running as a PCI Card. You need to reinstall your AGP drivers (and remove the GART ATI Drivers). Most likly your going to need to reformat.
