Maybe Somebody can tell me how the cables plug into the area circled in the attachment

Here are my Specs:

GAINWARD GEFORCE 3 Ti200
WD 40GB 7200rpm

it should be clearly labeled in that area. Look around, on the case pins they should also be labeled also, just match them up, but consult your motherboard manual for instructions just to make sure. I had to convert my power/led switch from a 3 pin to 2 to get it to fit on mines, but I doubt you will run into that. Anyways, all your probs can be solved by consulting the manual. If the problem persists, try resetting the cmos data by shorting the designated jumper, if that still doesn't work, try to see if the motherboard responds without memory, if that doesn't work, try a different psu, if that isn't it, RMA the motherboard.;)

EDIT: Not trying to be smart with you, but take a look at the back of the case, make sure that the switch on the back of the PSU is on the on position.;) :D

just like [eNv]-LORD-eX-Bu said, check the manual. I had the same problem when i built my first comp. just plug it in and if it doesnt work just flip the cable and try again. it gets easy after u get used to it. heh, even though until now i cant figure out how to connect the usb adaptors to my antec case:)

There is no power get to the motherboard. I bought refurbished w/ 30 day warranty. So figured the motherboard doesn't work.

I did too, but other than that, it was all labelled accordingly.

I had a problem like this when I built my computer and it would not power on at all. It turned out to be a bad power supply in the cpu chassis.
