View Full Version : Ouuned!!!!
One game at a time on the march to the Rose Bowl. All sights on Colorado now that OU is the Longhorns beeyotch. :nanahump:
Longhorn D -> (wack) <- Bomar
:D
I went in to work today and they had a bunch of the new plasma's up playing the game :cool:
Was awesome, and I came home during the 4th quarter and my friend brought over his projector, flipping AWESOME 80" view with my AIW providing output :cool:
'Horns should be closing in on 1 now. USC was less than convincing for most of the game.
It was a good football day for the family. My longhorns looked strong, my mom's Nittany Lions looked just as strong. I am impressed with the players Joe Pa has put together and the evolution in their offense. Ohio State is by far teh best two loss team in College Football.

Don't give Paterno that much credit. How much control do you think he still has? I see him as more of a figurehead at this point.
However, with the rest of the Big 10 fighting to the death amongst one another it might just clear the path for them, which I'd not care to see.
Maybe if the Longhorns can beat OU the next four years as well you'll be deserving of calling the Sooners your "bitch" as you've put it. ;)

I don't know, Tennessee seems to lack a real leader. I can't put them up with Ohio State.

Paterno: He still runs the show. He may be more hands-off from the day to day but most head coaches in the major programs resemble CEOs and not management. He made the decisions to play his talent, breaking his own rule of not playing freshmem. He got the players to buy into returning PSU to the top. Noone can deny Paterno his rightful place at the top of a short list of the greatest coaches EVER.
Big 10: It really doesn't matter what the rest of the conference does. If PSU wins out, they win out against very good football teams despite their records. Going undefeated i nthe Big10 is not easy and the records of the rest of the teams will show that.
OU: The tide has turned. Three of the five losses were twelve points or less. The only thing that stopped UT last year was our own gameplan. I think the staff learned to let the players play and leave it on the field. I fully expect Texas to run off at least three of four more in a row.
