My motherboard

I think that my mobo is shot. Because I just built me a New Computer and when i plug the power cord into the power supply the green light on the motherboard does come on. So I figure the motherboard is no good. The one i have now is a Refurbished one (How Dumb That Was). i was thinking of buying a new one.
Any Suggestion on one? (UNDER $100)

No brainer bud, you want the MSI KT3 ULTRA2-C, comes out to less than MSI K7T266 PRO2-A, and it has better on board audio(AC'97 ain't much anyways ;) ). Get the KT3 Ultra, comes out to less and its newer.:D
