Well I ordered a new system this time instead of building one. This will be my first AMD system. I ordered a system from Cyber Power. It is a 4400+ X2,Asus A8N-SLI Premium,Ge-Force 7800GTX,Creative labs X-FI,1GB Corsair XMS. I am hopping this system is a good stable platform.
Kind of strange going AMD for the first time after years of using Intel.
LOL I almost feel like I am cheating on Intel:rolleyes:
BTW, Next month I should be able to add another GB of ram and the 2nd 7800GTX card..

Sweet. Almost the same :) I decided to try a new power supply out. It is the Ultra X connect 500W. It has had some great reviews. I hope it lasts long like my Antec True Blue 480W. Does anyone else have this Power Supply?

Ultra's power suppliers have gotten good reviews but read around any forums and you'll see that they are dying left and right. IIRC there's been several people on this forum that have had bad experiences.

. You may actually be better off w/ that Antec True Blue 480W. My Antec Neopower 480 runs strong.

Darn, I really should have gone with the Antec 550W. Oh well, I guess if it does die I can always have them send the Antec as a replacment. The Antec was $1.00 cheaper. I should have looked a little harder. The reviews were good, but that does not mean it is a tried and true product.
