Lock ups/BSOD in BF2 with driver 81.85 WHQL

Does anyone get this problem too?

After playing for ~1-2 hours I would get a sudden black screen in Battlefield 2 for a few seconds before it goes back to normal... when I play even longer it either crashes to desktop, change my resolution to 640x480 with 16 colours or BSOD...

I only get these problems with 81.84 and 81.85 (didn't try the other 80 series drivers). However, no problems with 78.05.

Anyone getting such problems too?

BTW the BSOD error said this:

oh sh!t .. no joke .. just happened yesterday. :p Did not even think to check the nvidia site... was so used to seeing the 80 series as being all betas.

it happen too me. it crashes to the desktop but it was happen to me with 78.05 so far it have not hapeen again again 81.85W

i'm getting the complete opposite though :(

will future drivers work for me though? from those speaking from experience... i'm afraid i won't be able to use any more drivers
