Tried searching for reference to an online tool to help with this, but couldn't find one. I'm working on some older machines, socket 7, Slot 1, etc. and came across some memory. I'm trying to determine the specs, and specifically if this is just old school ram or fancy shmancy EDO ram. Here are some #s pulled from the dimms: It's got ACER branded on the pcb.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I know some of you have been in this position before, right? Maybe? Hopefully?

thanks

Thanks, Slick. I'm familiar with CPU-Z and other like tools. I suppose I'm looking for something more web-based, that I can like stick the model #s in and get some specs. I don't know if I'm going to be able to get a machine running with this stuff in it by itself, and hence didn't go down that road yet. I may be able to get something working, in which case I'll probably do this.

A google search pulled up some info.

They're either 16mb or 32mb, but definitely EDO.

No prob.
I'm always looking random serials and part numbers up from stuff that I pull, heh. Everyone gives me their old parts. Which reminds me, anyone need a shuttle mk32n mobo with an AMD Duron 1.2ghz, cause I don't, heh.
