I order one of those cool looking Geforce FX t-shirst from nVidia, before x-mas. When fedex delivered it. They sent it to the wrong place, only reason I know this, is because it shows they delivered it 1-2-2003 and I still don't have it. I checked with the neighbor she said the they received a package from fedex on 1-2-03. Putting 2 and 2 together Fed ex must of delivered my package to them, and I'll never see it.(of course I can't say for sure that they have) You must understand these are the same people that kepted my sons jacket and told us they didn't have it, and they did we saw it hanging over a chair in there living room.

What you should do is, ring nvidia/fedex and tell them you never recieved the parcel.
they will then tell you who signed for it and who there names are etc. Then you can go around to there house with proof that the delivery was sent to them.
Then if they still deny getting your package then go to fedex. They say that they didnt get your parcel, so where is it? They will then probably look into it them selves or tell you what todo. Call the police i would say.
Its happened to me before, i called the police he had a nice spent in jail for theft :D

I'm already on top of it. The girl a nVidia has been very helpful so far. I just want what I paid for.

Just get the law onto your nextdoor neighbors. They will give u all there clothes :D
BTW: what did u do about your sons jacket?

Did you happen to ask your neighbor what exactly the package was? Was it unexpected? Did they still have the box so you could see to whom the package was addressed?
It looks like the real people at fault here are your neighbors (at least if what you said about the jacket is true). And with a bit of police-type work on your part you probably wouldn't have had to go through any hoops with FedEx or NVIDIA.

if it wasn't a need to be signed for package, your neighbors might just be taking things left on your porch...

yeah I hate that. Order something inexpensive from ebay one of these days, and tell them to put it in a kinda big but noticable box, then just wait in hiding and observe what happens when the package in delivered. If you can, take a video camera, or at the very least a camera and gather your evidence. Call up the police, show them your evidence and bust those crooks my friend.;) Errr... its harder than it sounds, you gotta have alot of time on your hands.:D
I wouldn't stand for my neighbours doing that. Mail theft is a serious crime, you can go to a federal pound-me-in-the-behind prison for that. I call the cops and report that your mail has been stolen.

I saw an empty fedex box. She answered to the door before I could check the address on it. She was quick with her answer. When I asked her if fedex delivered to her house by mistake. I could be wrong, but it seems funny. Why would fedex deliver to them and not leave my package at the sametime at my house. I normally have Fedex deliver to my work address, I should had them do it this time. Atleast it wasn't my new asus a7n8x deluxe m/b, I had that shipped to work.

I would go with what the other guys say, get the records and see who signed for it, if it was her go round and give her a good sound beating.....

I looked up the tracking info. It said left in front door way. Which is fine, my wife came home 15-20 mins after delivery. The thing is it was never delivered to my house. Fedex is suppose to talk to the route driver on Monday at get back with me, Hopefully
