Editing a Image

I need an Image edited for me it’s a college project. We need to design and create a corporate image. Basically a logo I.E - The Nike Tic, MacDonald’s M etc. But I truly suck at that sort of stuff and we can't use copy righted stuff even though its a college project and no one else will ever see it ^^.

So I come up with thise.

It is perfect if I just change the text and add a little cool effect to it. I would like the Text changed to - Demon-Hosting.Net and the text all black. Now(Here is my cool idea) you see in this picture it has that great Blue effect on the Black LINUX text in the middle, I would like it on my text like that, is that possible?

Lol... sorry, I had to do it :(... I am sure you could do it rather easily, but sadly I don't think I could (unless you could find the blue stuff behind the text WITHOUT text in front of it).

Ok... I searched google for about half a minute to find a background image... I know it sucks... but you know... it was about 1 minute of work and I suck with photo editing... so like...
