So I want to replace my case fans because well they are LOUD. So Im looking for decent airflow and quietness. My case fan count is 3x80MM and 2x120MM.

I don't need whisper silent but alteast to the point where I can sleep with my PC on... when I do sleep.

Which Panaflo? There are so many differnet ones, Heck how loud are the MA1s?

M1A's are OK.
I use 120mm L1A's for 120mm's and either M1A or H1A for 80mm fan requirements. The motors don't have a high pitch sound and the blades seem to be quieter while still giving good performance.
I like the new 3 blade Deltas as well as the Panaflos in 92mm.

CoolerMaster fans are great..and cheap too!

SVC has the LED version of mine for 8 bucks plus shipping. Its a VERY quiet fan and very efficient. http://www.svc.com/tlf-s12-eb-19.html
Or the regular one that is UV reactive for 6 bucks plus shipping. http://www.svc.com/suf-s12-eb-19.html

Dont waste your money on TriCools. Ya, they work well and are decently quiet but so expensive compared to these CoolerMasters. Ive got two of em running in my system. They work great!

I also like Coolermaster LED fans for low noise. My Antec and Vantec case fans were louder.

Agreed with Jak, Panaflo is definately the way to go if you are looking for quiet performance, they get quite pricey though.

SilenX all the way.

80x25mm : IXP-54-14 , 14 dBA, 28 CFM
120x25mm: IXP-74-14 , 14 dBA, 64 CFM

You can't find any quieter fan with those CFMs ;)

Worth every penny, though.

Never had a problem with the SilenX I used (>20 in varying config and pcs), whereas both Papst and Enermax sucked big time. YMMV, obviously...

I might alternate between some Panaflos and SilenX, NvNews has given SilenX a good review! ;)
