Does anyone know how to check if my USB ports are running at 2.0?

Do I need to install the USB drivers that came with my motherboard or does XP64 install them for me?

Just curious, Thanks.

XP-64 has native support for USB 2.0. It's been present since SP2 for XP-32.

If you have an external hard drive you'll definitely know.

Windows will also complain about a highspeed usb 2.0 device connected to a usb 1.1 port. Something like "Hi-Speed USB Device Plugged into non-Hi-Speed USB Hub"
I used to see that with my Archos a lot pre-sp1 without nv drivers installed. The thing is the drivers were on my Archos, heh.

Actually, the easiest way to tell is if you go into device manager under the USB controllers. It will say, "Standard enchanced PCI to USB host controller." The enhanced part means you're running USB 2.0.
