Picked it up and i just installed it. Installed Coolbits and low and behold.....This is stock...no OC yet. :)

I also want to mention that there was no info on the box itself about core and mem speed. Had to install it to verify it. It appears that Mwave was reading an old spec sheet they recieved from XFX.
