I saw some of the HDR benchmark test for the Half Life 2 lost coast, and some of them have AA on, does that mean you can use FSAA and HDR at the same time?

If you arent using the FP16 Framebuffer that for example NV4x features, yes, its always been possible...
RTHDRIBL is a HDR techdemo that featured MSAA and its pretty old by now, works on any DX9 card that support the 16:16:16:16: FP texture format it uses instead of the framebuffer.
HL2 Lost Coast uses a range of implementations for HDR, most of them Integer based I think, dont really remember exactly, but they will work with MSAA if they arent using the FP16 framebuffer.
