I own a Leadtek 7800GTX card which came with the original BIOS. Now I read the Leadtek made an update which allows a higher clock for the Core/Mem. After downloading the file from Leadtek it has no readme or instructions.

Does anyone know how to flash a BIOS for a video card?

I see there's an MS-DOS BAT file and some other, but what do I do?

Here's a screenshot showing whats inside the folder from Leadtek:

OMG I haven't flashed a bios in over a year...I don't even remember anymore. I do remember that I did it through windows and not DOS though [no floppy on my computer]. Sorry can't be much help.

Just use Winfox, it's the easiest way with Leadtek cards

Try running the 2a30 bath file when in pure dos... that probably will run the flash utility and the .bios

If you are in SLI, i think winfox only flashes one card...

Thanks all. I tried Winfox since I don't have SLI. It worked in 30 seconds. Pretty simple.
