Hello all great fourms here been having fun reading all this gtx 512 reads have a ? for you all about my new system:

Here what I had:

The whole point of this thread is I am not seeing my money's worth yet ( I know It's early) and I would some input to help me see this baby fly or work and earn some of THE money I spent.

here is what I play In games now:
DOD,CS SOURCE,ET-RTCWS,BF2 (LOST KEY CODE) was a big time EQ2 & EQ player there is whereit just might show

any options are welcome thanks in advance hope to some day learn more about oc and high proformace end :D

Is your LCD 1280x1024 like most 19" LCDs? You need to run higher resolutions to really see the benefits of SLI. If you have to run at lower resolutions like 1280x1024, try using 8xS AA in the games. It looks really good but causes a pretty big hit. Since you're probably running at 1280x1024, you might be able to get by with that though. Also, for the D3D games, be sure to enable TAA:SS and Gamma AA. They can improve the quality a lot (especially TAA:SS) and you shoudl have performance to spare.

Also (I'll mention this since a few have been confused by this lately), if you're using vsync, you're never going to get framerates above your refresh rate.

ok I made some changes and things look a lot better::jumping:
here is for valve dod and source

resolution: was 1024 x 768 now 1280 x 1024 (lcd) max out
filtering mode : was 2x now anisotropic 6x ( can be 8x) recommended 6x
antialiasing mode: was2x now 4x max out

any help what all these changes mean in english(newb)
