So if the agp gs is based on the old nv40 from ibm, that means the wmv9 accel is busted and its made on 130nm?

Take it as a rumor. The good thing is that if NVidia will re-use the same die of NV40 it will be very easy to unlock extra pipelines.

If it will be available with 256MB of RAM I might be tempted to buy one. Although I'll miss the video decoder.

From that link, I think it will be a 12 piped nv40.
EDIT: wit fully functional purevideo.
unlocking pipes wont be possible, coz its gona be 6800 vanilla, at 110nm process. so higher clock speeds.
