Plus, it's an AGP... NV40... this one is *begging* for unlocking/OC'ing! Could actually be an Ultra (core-wise, at least), for all you know :) ... remember GTO2???
Unlike ati, i doubt nvidia has mountains of nv40's sitting around.

ATi has mountains of NV40s? :p
I wouldn't be sure big fat coolers guarantee a good overclock. I recently tried overclocking a 7800GTX (standard) which had a full size 512 style cooler (like the new Leadtek boards have). It didn't get past 470mhz without visible corruption. Pity, with all those pipes and big fan. I believe you need a good core as well as good cooling.
Seems to have potential.
The photos show the PCB is by Gainward.
You guys remember the eVGA 6800 Limited Edition? Could be similar in this case.

6800 LE were actually Ultras tho. These are still 128mb NUs with a bigger cooler. The Gainward 6800NU coolers were much better, copper heatsinks with 2 fans. I miss my gainward :(
wow that things ugly, heh. could have some great performance nonetheless :)
THe PCB does mention GAINWARD.
I guess you wouldnt know unless you try it.. :p
