View Full Version : Loudest fan ever?

I am using a vantec tornado on my xp-90 sink and x2 4400 processor.
Great performance, but loudest thing I have ever heard.
Is there anything comparable that is at least a little quieter?
Temps have been great (even though I need to do a little cord clean up)

panaflo's are incredible. very quiet and good performers. dont know the RPM's rank against the tornado though.

I'd recommend the Panaflo M1A. That's what I have on my XP-90 for my 3500+ venice. Idles at 31C goes to 42ish full load. Dead silent too. They run at 2450 rpm, at 48 cfm. I don't know how this compares to the tornado but it is an awesome fan.

I'd recommend an M1A aswell, and my chipset fan is louder than my Panaflo

M1A is good. I use one on my XP-90C to keep a hot running 3.4E cool.

NOthing can peform as good as the Tornado except the Delta. Pretty much any fan with a 4000rpm and lower should be a lot quieter.
