The fan on my ASUS EAX800XL has died while i was playing BF2 noticed
curuption on the screen looked into the window as the seem did seem abit
to quiet, yes the fan is really that loud! Anyway exited the game and the GPU temp was 125C. God knows what it was like while playing BF2! sO HAVE SENT an email to asus just a few minuites ago about RMA i can't remember the place where i bought it from so contacted them directly. Funny thing average temps where around 47C GPU and 41C for the memory. since the fan died i placed a 120mm over the top of the vid card and the temps are now 38/29C :eek: Completely passive it was 65C idle.
