1*10^-6 is a very big number IMO.
/me recals memory back in physics class last year:
Me: Sir, how come I only have half a mark for this question?
Physics teacher: You telling me 1*10-6 is a big number?
Me: Yes, I think it's big.
Keith: Imagine how small your "coke" is.
Physics teacher: Exactly, you took the words right out of my mouth.
Me: But it is a big number for the wavelength of light (refers to question).
Physics teacher: Give yourself the full mark. But please don't say that 1*10^-6 is a big number.
(this was the EXACT conversation without all the other smartass remarks in the background from Dale etc...)
Only had 6 people in total for the physics class. Not many people would go near such a subject.
Best class ever IMO. :)
