Before you post any ideas, read through because a few things will be changed and you need to think about what everything will look like finally assembled.

-UV Red Logisys Case (http://store.yahoo.com/directron/cs888uvrd.html)
-3 red steel mesh fan filters (http://store.yahoo.com/directron/smf80.html) (for the 3 intakes and will completely replace the cheapo grills on the side)
-Flame fan grill (http://store.yahoo.com/directron/flaming92.html) to replace the stock swirl on the front intake.
-UV Neon (http://store.yahoo.com/directron/neonkit6uv.html) (To make it glow pretty)
-Zalman Fatal1ty CPU Fan/sink (http://store.yahoo.com/directron/fatal1tyfsc77.html) (it's red with red LED and I like Zalman)

The rear exhaust fan (only 80mm stock) just doesn't seem like enough so I'll open that up to fit an Antec Tricool 120mm LED Red fan (which I allready have). For the powersupply, I e-mailed Ultra and they're sending me orange replacements for my dead blue ring-lights in the X-connect UV Blue (http://www.ultraproducts.com/product_details.php?cPath=37&pPath=157&productID=161) (you can't tell from pics but the side windows are clear on the PSU). That should look awesome glowing orange in the case and all of the power cables will still be UV Blue (silver with UV off).

What do you think?

I think I would go mesh on all the fans and maybe replace the VF700 with a Fatal1ty version.

Be careful working the acrylic to add the 12mm fan. Dicey. You'll have a lot of intake pressure so just having the exhaust of the PSU and the 80mm behind the CPU should be enough, though I would look at running a fan controller to up the RPMs out back and keep the front and side fans down.

It will be RED though!!!

Oh, yeah. I knew there was something I forgot to add. I'd be getting an evga 7800GTX w/ACS3 black too, so I'd keep the stock cooler on that. Atleast until the summer if it really needs to be changed then I will.

The fan controller I was thinking about too, but that might wait until after it's all together and working. I like the Maelstrom 5 1/4 bay (maybe 2 of the 3 1/2"). I could probably find some custom knobs (clear acrylic) or something too.

I was looking into cutting the hole bigger, but that's going to cost atleast $40 bucks for the tools I'd use only once, so I'll just pick up the tri-cool 80mm and use that instead. It allready has it's own 3 speed switch and 3 pin connection plus I want some extra light when the UV's are off. CompUSA usually has them in stock so easy enough. All 4 80mm's with LED's would be too much though, IMO. Since the mesh would go on the inside for the exhaust I'd go for clear (http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=popup_image_scroll&products_id=1393&image_scroll_id=0) so I don't block the light.

hmm, with all those fans, I would take a moment to consider if the airflow will become too turbulent... turbulent air does not cool effectively.

From what I've seen from logisys fans is they don't move that much air to begin with. With the 2 side intakes running at half speed it shouldn't be a problem, but worst case I can always just replace one or both of them with mesh. It looks like they'd be blowing under the video card anyway.

I'll also look into any other clear cases (doesn't have to be UV) if you know of any with maybe just one side intake or a better layout.
I like this one (http://www.clearcomputercase.com/Spec/1310-1.htm), but it has a top blowhole which isn't going to work since I stack another pc ontop of the case and way too expensive.

I attached a diagram. The first is the original layout and the second is just an idea of what could be done. Gray slashes across an arrow means half speed.
