I'm in and out of my case quite a bit, including sliding out the motherboard tray, to clean this or replace that. I like keeping dust out of the way.

Anyways, re-connecting the power switch / power LED / HDD led / reset switch wires is always a pain in the arse form me, mainly because (in my rig) it has to be done with the motherboard in place.

Is there such a thing as some sort of extension cable/plug set or some other trick that makes this chore easier??

I've been googling for the last hour to no avail.

Great question! I always hoped they would make those wires in a 1 piece connector, that way it is CAKE to put on.

I'm not sure about your Lian Li but mine did come with a plug that detaches, meaning you don't have to pull off all the seperate connectors everytime but just unplug that plug instead.

Too bad there wasn't some aftermarket type of thing though.

Yeah, I have one of those in my lian-li case. I love it! :)

If you know which end of a soldering iron to hold, you could buy a printer header and DB25 and make one pretty easy.
