I have a newcastle 754 2.4 512k cache and I been looking at the reviews and with just that extra 512k cache it was getting up to 8 to 10FPS better in games. So I guess that extra 512k cache really does help.

I don't know where you're seeing that but it usually doesn't make much of a difference. I've seen benchmarks showing barely a 3% gain with the extra 512K.

http://www.digit-life.com/articles2/amd-2400/fullarticle.html ,this is one of the articles I seen showing that in most of the games the 3700 clawHammer has about 9FPS faster then the 3400 newcastle,Iwas saying in games the 3700 gets around 10 FPS faster the the 3400 newcastle, I guess it is only around 5% better, but ever little bit helps.plus it runs cooler then my 3400 newcastle did and it overclocks better then my 3400 did,but thats always a toss up of how good it overclocks ,sometimes you get a good one and sometimes you don't.
