Does the 7800GT have the something like the agp cards extra texture memory ,like 32,64,128,256 and 512 or does it work different, and what it a PCIe clock at,I think it is 100mhz ,and running this higher does it help anything.

PCIe cards do not have Aperature sizes. 100MHz is the PCIe speed I believe.

And now, you won't get anything better by increasing this... (just like you would get nothing by increasing the 66MHz clock of AGP)

DIME sucked. Storing textures in main memory was a dead feature the moment they came up with it.

lol....

That be "Turbo Cache" for nVidia or "Hyper Memory" ATIs destructive element that is plaguing OEM PCs right now! *Shudder*

Added to that, I felt the transition to Socket 939 and PCI-e to be a good one solely due to the fact with Dual Channel Ram , you got NO NEED for any blasted AGP Aperture sizes and forever wondering about "Would this work better?" rubbish. A 7800GT and Dual Channel ram completely destroyed my former Socket 754 and AGP setup.
