Well I came home today and walked into my room. When I turned on the light, I got a static electricity shock (this usually happens, my coat is very prone to static electricity). Now the strange thing is it seemed to travel from the light switch to my speakers. I heard a very loud crackling noise and now one of my speakers just makes very loud static-sounding noises. Did I blow it? If I did, do you think NewEgg will take a RMA for that reason?
