Hello, for some time I try to install the 7676 driver for my Gforce2 under Ubuntu Breezy. everythings seems to work fine, the new module is compiled but will not load.

I told the script:
the kernel-source-path
the kernel-install-path
changed to gcc 3.4
removed all nvidia packages

still I got the message that the module can not be loaded due to wrong kernel version. A nvidia.ko compiled an placed in /lib/modules/2.6.12-10-386/volantile/. I can load this module by sudo insmod. There is no /usr/bin/nvidia-bug-report.sh

I tried to change the driver from nv to nvidia, no result but black screen
there is nvidia in /etc/modules
