I have a five computer wired computer network in the basement and I plan
On adding a desktop computer to second story of my house. I already have my cable internet going through a D-Link dds5+ switch and that switch has and uplink port is it possible for me to tap my new D link DI-634M MIMO router into the already network setup and run it in wireless mode????

are you paying for five ip addresses?.. and yes you can add another router to that switch if you choose todo so.. you would just plug one of the switch posts on the switch into one of the switch ports on the router....
