XP90 vs Zalman CNPS9500

Since I switched over to my new Opteron I noticed that my temps are pretty high (load at 50c).
I currently have an Lappe XP90 with a 92mm Panaflo M1A, do you think I would notice a slight temp drop going to the new Zalman?
Will the temp drop be worth the $60?

There are some excellent reviews on heatsinks you can find googling. I would think the XP90 would be close to the CNPS9500 performance or slightly cooler? I installed the CNPS9500 on my FX 57 and was able to increase from 2.8 to 3.0Ghz at 43C after 8hrs of prime 95 load (Ambient 68F). That is about the same temp I was running at stock clocks with the stock heatsink. How does your current temp compare to your stock configuration?
