What's with Heatware? They won't activate me!!

I really wanna get a heatware acct going... I did everything up to the point where you get the confirmation/activation email, and then...


...nothing.


I've emailed them like 8 times in the past 2 wks to see what's going on... They won't contact me, and I need to:

1. Leave good heat for some good traders.

2. Receive some good heat for sending decent product.

...Anybody know what gives?
Is heatware always so flakey?

Well, it only took like 3 weeks, but they finally sent me a confirmation email... Sheesh...

Heatware: a feedback site for online products trading:

ie: I do most of my hw trading @ [h]... so if you have heatware then prospective buyers can check out your heatware feedback and see that it's all good before they buy from you...

Just about all the regular traders there have heatware...

It's a good thing to have!
