Now that I have my 7800GT I can finally play my games on high. For Battlefield 2 playing at 1920x1200 High 4AA really kills the ram. So now im looking for a rather cheap and value kit of dual channel ram.

I dont have a preference on the brand, as long as it adds up to 1GB in Dual channel mode its good. However, im not looking for one of those crazy overclocking kits.

As long as the price is below $125-ish than we can work something out. I will not respond to any offers that will give me a crazy pair of ram for a crazy price so please don't waste your own time trying.

My heatware is Dark-Colonel 22-0-0 http://www.heatware.com/eval.php?id=33972

I prefer to start a deal going through Private messaging.

Than I prefer finishing it off using MSN (fourthbob@hotmail.com), AIM (majorbobatron), yahoo (fourthbob@yahoo.com).

Thanks for looking :)

If you plan on mixing whatever RAM you might purchase with the RAM you currently have now, in order to make 2gb.....you might want to reconsider...
You have an older NC core A64, which don't like to play nice with 4 dimms of the of the exact same types, now add to that mixed brands and timings and your asking for big time trouble.
imo....buy a matched 2gb (2x1gb) set with decent timings then sell your 1gb you'll have much better performance + stability(maybe a working system :) ) and spend less money in the end.

lol that RAM got bad reviews and performed poorly most of the itme andh ad errors, well imagine that on a newcastle. try to sell your RAM and get some decent 2x1gb.

Hey, I just grabbed any brand name 2x1gb at a decent price for show...sry if you thought I was recommending it.
I'm sure Dark can make up his own mind, on what parts will work for him.

Read the user reviews on the linked page.....if pqi doesn't do it for you..just search newegg, they have a ton of 2gb sets in that price range
