Update

Hey, I will probably just get a new hard drive for my new system which i think ill order tomorrow, just making some finilzations, since that HDD is almost 2 years old and it has started to make some more humming sounds lately.

So what I need is something that is nice and reliable and relatively quiet. I don't need anything super expensive above 150gb or something below 100gb. So I'm looking in the low 100gb range and something that isnt too expensive because im on a real tight budget. I like Seagates but ill really take anything thats decent because I'm already spending a lot. Thanks guys for all your help.

System will be:
eVGA K8 SLi Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+
eVGA N-518 e-Geforce 7800GT 256mb
Dell E172FP 17" LCD Display
Corsair PC3200 2x512mb for now, will add another gig soon.
Seagate Baracuda 120GB SATA 7.2k RPM
Antec P-160WF
Antec SmartPower 400WSL v1.3 [may upgrade]
Excepting Suggestions on a decent dvd rom drive and a burner
Logitech MX518 Gaming Mouse
Logitech PC Gaming&Stereo 40mm HeadSet
Black Microsoft Keyboard
Windows XP Home

I was going to recommend the 74GB Raptor, but it fails all of your requirements, so nevermind. :p

Thanks, I might as well get that one then. I saw a $100 Seagate 120GB and Best Buy with $60 off, and i was like damn! But then i saw it was ATA lol. That meets my budget and my 'standards'.

So...Do you guys have any input on my system? ie, should i change something.

Yeah I could sell the one i have now and get that, i was already looking in to doing that. Hopefully its wires are long because the case i am getting has a psu compartment and i heard u need longer cables to get in to the motherboard tray and connect the psu to the mobo. It should work out though. And I only have an SLi mobo, not an SLi system(xmasmile) .

Thanks for your two suggestions, they have helped me out and have saved me money. :luv:
