LCD 8MS without DVI VS LCD 12MS with DVI ??

Which one to choose ?

LCD monitor with 8MS but only D-sub or

LCD monitor with 12MS with D-sub and DVI ?

I would take the DVI, TBH though im sure you could find an 8ms screen WITH DVI within your budget if you shop around a bit - I did.

Yep go for LCD 8ms with DVI, the cheapest brand new Acer 19 inch LCD I found cost $279 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824009044&CMP=OTC-pr1c3watch&ATT=24-009-044) if it within your budget, if not you can get smaller 17 inch LCD 8ms with DVI at less than $200. :)

It should be fine, have a look for some reviews of that model before you part with your money though.
