How can I tell what driver version is for the nforce4 chipset?

What driver version from where? Windows? NVIDIA's Web site? You have to be more specific.

All I want to do is find out what nforce4 drivers are on my system. For example what driver version is my nforce4 chipset and can it be updated?

Go to C:\NVIDIA\nForceWin2KXP\

And whatever number the folder is called is the driver version you've got.
