I'm trying to plan my new system and I'm trying to decide if vlaue memory will work for what I want to do, or if I'm going to need memory that OCs better in order to get the full potential out of my CPU.

For those with a similar setup, my question is, with a 2.2GHz San Diego if I set the memory to 166 where will my CPU be running when my memory hits 200 again?

Thanks,
Lance

EDIT: Nevermind, I found a multiplier chart and figured it out. Looks like at 166MHz it takes a 240MHz bus speed to get it back up to 200MHz, which would put me at 2.6GHz.

If you are running your PC2100 DDR memory at 200MHz (PC3200) your CPU will be running 2.2GHz (11x200MHz=2200MHz).
