Thanx !

Impressive, but i do think Intel is at least improving with Conroe due.

Glad to see FX60's compatible with s939. I wonder the cost though ....

Buying my FX was a huge mistake. I'll never buy the fastest chip out again. It's such a rape when you can spend 25% less and get something that's 90% as fast.

Ok those are impressive results, but what settings are they using to get 240 AVERAGE fps in FEAR? They must be running at like 640x480 with 2 7800 GTXs...

AMD FX 60? No matter how fast it is, it can't make FEAR a fun game to play. The most fun games I have played on PC are ones that can run perfectly on a Athlon xp 2500+ with a Geforce 5200, and only 512 MB of ram.(xmastong)

Here is my fastest computer specs.
AMD Athlon 64 3200+, BFG 6800GT OC, 1GB of generic DDR 400 ram in Dual Channel config.

I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it.

But I promised myself and my parents that I wouldn't change CPUs till AM2 was released so I need to sit hit with this futile single core 2.6ghz piece of trash till then. :(

Yeah, when I ordered my new Motherboard I decided to get all the parts I wanted since I knew I wouldn't be able to upgrade again for a while.

Still need a new monitor though, lol.
