memory or cpu? overclocking

judging by my sytem specs done below, should i try to push my cpu to higher clocks(i can get 3200is but cant go higher due to no bios vcore options)(cant adjust voltage until clockgen supports mobo) or should i push my ram, what would be better in todays game, im thinking the ram for now, but i just want oppinions

3800x2, 2 kingston value rams which have decent timeings and i can push down all thos weird millisecon settings in the bios T1, im not at home so i dont have all the speciics

whats an acceptible oc at stock i think i can hit 2.3 per core stabe

sounds good to me, if you have WC you should be able to go 2.4, but 2.3 should suffice and perform well
