Can anyone tell me why the hell TechTV chose that numb older guy to be a host for this show? I saw this show for teh first time ( aside from catching a sec channel surfing here and there ). They had a someone call in and ask which card was better....GeForce FX or 9700 Pro....The old guy had a deer caught in the headlights look on his face as the other guy asked about NVIDIA....The old guy began talking about the GeForce.....er.....3...no!....4.....yes, the high-end....GeForce4 Ti4200...er......Ti4600.....

Fortunately, the other guy had a good handle on what was going on and saved things....Honestly, the older guy doesn't seem to have a clue about ANYTHING technical....what on earth is he doing on TV???

I this o'l Leo buddy is more of the average geek. No hardware skills whatsoever, just knows how to install drivers :D

Leo ain't dumb... but Patrick is the guy that knows everything. har.
Leo! That's the name I was trying to remember....Throughout the entire show, he failed to make one intelligent comment and never contributed any meaningful thought to a conversation...
I know graphics cards aren't the final word in the world of PC's...but I don't think it's too much to ask that he has some clue as to what's going on...perhaps even some in-depth knowledge of an area or two so he can come-off as being somewhat knowledgeable.
If they could find another person like Patrick...the show would be much better off IMHO.
Leo and Patrick have always been hosting screensavers (except for conventions: CES, CeBIT etc). I like Patrick. Yoshi on the other hand is a modder, he knows a lot too :) Patrick always mentions Hardocp heh

I'd like to see Martin Seargent host more shows. He's a blast.
Leo is cool too though. Honestly, he's pretty damned intelligent, but he often doesn't know the latest "state of the art" on everything. And, sometimes I've noticed that he will "play dumb" during an interview or something to allow the guy he's talking to the chance to explain things - and I've also seen him step in and straighten things out when the person he's interviewing screws it up too much (he knew all along, but would rather just ask questions than play both parts of the interview). Mostly though he's there for a bit of dry humor, and it works well.
p.s. - I love Morgan. :)

Y'all wrong - Kat is da bomb. Granted, she's on Call For Help the most, but every once in a while, she's filling in for Meagan on TSS. Meagan is a cutey, too, but Kat's the babe of the outfit. :angel:

Kile from [H]ardocp tuesday on The Screen Savers to dicuss the Geforce FX with Patric. I hope he goes with the card!! and that the Fxflow dont blow and kill everybody :D Just kidding, but we migth get to here the Fxflow in action on tv.
Leo = Developer. He is the typical developer: knows how to program, but doesn't know crap about the hardware. On the other hand, Patrick is the exact opposite. It balences out the show nicely.
