Anyone know where I can get Text Editing Software for scanned documents?

Basically as the title implies, i am in need of some software that lets me edit the text on scanned documents ,does anyone know where i can find it or what its called?

You'd need some type of optical character recognition (OCR) software. Perhaps Adobe makes something for this.
