Dalnet - Gone for good?

Does anyone know if dalnet is gone for good? I know people were sending out trojans that wound up killing all of its users off the server and passing the virus on or something. Whats going on with the situation?

For about the past 8 months they have been under a relentless DoS attack of some sort. Then for about a week their website was unreachable. The FBI and Interpol (because many of the servers are international) are involved in the investigation to track down where the attacks are coming from. So far, nothing solid has come up.
