Probably has nothing at all to do with Nvidia. The box says "Mvidea".
Inquirer needs to send sober people to these things. It's also a "Digital Satellite Reciever" which doesn't mean it has to have a G-anything chip on it. Look at tv tuner cards. There's also no indication on the box that this is a PC part. It could simply be a set-top sattelite reciever. Mvidea models of those allready exist. Google for "mvidea 4000".

This is like seeing a box that says Macrosoft and thinking MS is changing their image.
