If it's to go on your current mobo (if it's still the one based on the SiS735), then you're not going to notice much of an improvement with that memory.

I'd go with a better mobo like an nForce2 first, then worry about upgrading RAM and CPU.

Well i just recently bought a AOPEN AK75 SIS 745 Motherboard.

oh ok, nevermind then. The 745 should support a 166/333 bus. The upgrades you listed sound good.
