eh.. about the same.. plus you cant compare two different version of 3dmark 05
For a vanilla 6800 i think its not too bad.

With the 81.x drivers I also unlocked my card to 16/6, the rest of my specs are in the sig. I think your score should be pretty much correct. Sure my CPU is slower, but your nu is running basically stock clocks and I assume you didnīt unlock any pipes/vertex shaders.
