The only other games i play are Raven Shield, UT2k3 and Tribes 2.

Yep. According to gamespy, right now,

1. Counter-strike: 76,464 players
2. MOH: 7532 players

It's still a pretty good game I think, best played on LAN though.

I like games that have a good feel for realism but not to much :rolleyes:

Tribes 2 - crap imho
Ut2k3 - kiddie game with all lame ars robot like humans :eek:
Soldier Of Fortune 2 - bahh... pos very far from real deal
American Army.. - pretty good need to have low ping though
Raven Shield - is good but its even more ping dependant and you can't jump , and people move slow.. , so its have flaws :rolleyes:
MOHA - well... no coment its WW2
Battlefield1942 - no coment also another World War game , just an action based

CS - havn't played it in age's kinda outdated , but fun though :D

I think Dynamix was kinda unfairly treated by Sierra, both on the release date being rushed before Tribes 2 was in final form, and in the support department for the players once the game got out.
Sierra was unfair all the way up to the dismantling of Dynamix with no warning.
But in all honesty, the Renegades mod of Tribes 2 is damn fun, and is the way Tribes should have been from the beginning.
It's all I play. It's faster, it's bigger, it has more armor classes and it's fun.
I just wish a better company would take over the franchise and release Tribes 3 and do it correctly from the start.

Once in a great while, I'll fire up CounterStrike. But it's starting to show its age. It really needs a new engine but that won't happen until Half-Life 2, probably.

try tactical ops/updated 3.32-ut engine based fps.its pretty fun and kinda has some reality but not too much.even players with 28.8 dial up can play without much lag.theres a few cheats but there is also heaps of cheat detection/protection on the servers.
