Corsair Value Select is good. I have 4x512Mb of that in my main PC.

I have a quick look and they are about the same price.

Out of these three which would you say is best
Kingston CL3

Corsair CL3

Geil (2x512MB) (Cas 2.5 6-3-3)
http://www.microdirect.co.uk/Productinfo.aspx?productid=5608

The geil looks best but Ive had problems with geil before.

On the other hand for £15 more would it be better to get this
Corsair (TWINX1024-3200C2PT) 1024MB (2 x 512MB Matched Pair), DDR400 / PC3200, non-ECC, Unbuffered, CL2, Lifetime Warranty, Silver Heat Spreader
http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=52471

Is the extra money worth it?

Thanks

Ive had problems with GEIL myself. Its probably worth it to go with the Corsair set if this is going in a high-performance system like an A64.

I've got the CL2.5 Corsair Value Select and it runs at 2.5-6-6-8 at 416MHz...pretty decent for value ram, I'd say.
