the AA feature "transparency super -multisampling" is NOT working in Windows XP 64Bit.
neither for 32bit nor for 64bit applications, i only get normal gamma corrected AA.
I have checked the feature with this tool from NVIDIA (http://www.nvidia.com/object/transparency_aa.html) and some games like BF2 or HL2
In XP 32Bit (same driver & DirectX revision) it is working fine.

I am Using:
XP 64Bit
DirectX "directx_dec2005_redist"
7800GTX 256MB

maybe some of u guys can enlighten me;) if one of you have XP64 please try it with the application from NVIDIA and post your result.

kind regards

hello SH0DAN,
could you please try it with the nvdia tool, i donīt have F.E.A.R. (of course i mean the game):D
The tool from nvidia is verry easy to use, unzip, start the .exe and you are done.
then please post if you have access to the 2 buttons where you can enable "Transparency multi -supersampling" THX in advance.

kind regards
