Favorite Windows Shell replacement?

Linux, specifically Ubuntu 5.04/5.10 with Gnome + Composite using xcompmgr.

Well you could probably set up KDE or Gnome using cygwin. But I think hes probably more interested in native Windows shell replacement, although I could be wrong :p

I've used Talisman 2 for a few months...it's good...and there are a lot of themes available.......you can make your own ones too.....
