What da 6800 Ultra vs. 6800 GS

Perhaps I should do more research but I think I've missed the link between the two. What is the difference the new "GS" and the older "Ultra"?

Effiency vs. Pixel Pipelines. 6800 Ultra is 16 pipes, 6800GS is 12. Performance wise they are similar in the PCIe format. If your going AGP stick with the 6800 Ultra.
