Need some help with HalfLife and mods

Hi guys here is some noob question for you , its been so long i can't find any decent command for Half-Life or other mods cs......

1. Need a command to see FPS ?
2. Need to know how the heck to make voice com to work over microphone ? any ideas i have All games Halflife , CS , Blue S,Ops Force,....

Mic is connected and i do test before lunching game and it works ok , but in game i can't send voice message , when i press TAB to see score i don't have MIC shown also everyone else have...

In game options i have both selected Voice communication.. did i miss something ?

All Games seems to be up to date

Ah, yep. Sometimes I need to be in the game to remember the commands, not sure why.
