View Full Version : Printer Problem, please help!

I've got a HP Business Inkjet 1000 at work. Some mornings when I come in the printer does not print and displays a message on the control panel that says the printer might be switch off or only one-way communication is possible.

But when I cleared the printjobs, turned the printer off and on again, it prints normally.

It is a two month old printer and I've also downloaded and installed the latest driver. I've also switched usb ports. It printed fine untill a couple of days ago when this problem started.

Any suggestion would be appreciated. :)

If you can hook it via a network cable, do that. Try hooking it up to another computer. If niether of these solutions work, send it back or get HP to send someone out to look at it.
