just bought a ati 9800 pro for my nforce 2 board, but seriously leaning towards a nvidia 6800gs for my epox 8npa sli nforce 4 board.. this board will allow me to get some more life out of my socket 754 64 + 3400 clawhammer.

want to go sli with the 6800gs and was told i would have a faster rig than a 7800 gtx 512mg at high resolutions with everything enabled... would this be the way to go with my new board?

if so, what brand 6800gs would be the best??;)

The 7800GTX512 will kill and eat alive a dual 6800gs rig.
I'm sure a pair of gs's in sli will be fast but the whole 7800 line
is just better period.

take a look at this review, it looks like the sli 6800gs does indeed come close to the 7800 gtx 512 at high resolutions with anti-lazing, etc enabled.
